Ham and Orzo Salad

Hello my peoples.

This post is a bit of cheat because I don't think I'll have time to post this month due to the holidays and just generally having less free time than one would want....but I wanted to be sure I gave you something in the meantime.

Ages ago early in my "cooking career"  :) I posted a recipe to Allrecipes.com. I really enjoy the site as it has given me some great ideas over the years.

So here is the recipe I posted  Ham and Orzo Recipe.  I think all I would change if I were to do this recipe now, is to get rid of or reduce the amount of mayo and maybe switch out the sour cream for greek yogurt.

Give it a try and let me know what you think!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving full of lots of food, loved ones, and joy. Enjoy!
